Grier Fold-over Bag PDF Sewing Pattern

The Grier Bag is a fold-over style bag with a wide central opening that can hold a lot while still being modest in size. Remove the strap for a very comfortable underarm clutch.

Grier features three zipper pockets, two of which are also slip-in pocket combos, two vertical slip-in pockets, a removable strap, and a foldover component with a magnetic snap. If using SHH materials, no interfacing is needed.

Materials Required: 

• 2 rolls vinyl (18x 54") OR 3 rolls cork (18x26")
• 36x58" WRC
• #5 zipper by the yard (49" total + 4 pulls)
• 2 D-rings (1" width)
• 2 Swivels (1" width)
• 1 Adjustable slider (1" width)
• 2 Rivets 12mm head 10mm post (optional but preferred) KAM press application recommended
• 1 Magnetic snap

A SHH zipper jig is optional but helpful.
